Forget Not is a two-sided welded steel sculpture with a completely different face on each side.
One side is an elephant, with a long steel trunk, expressive eyes, a layered crown, and reclaimed mechanical details. Turn the Piece around and the mood changes completely: the opposite side becomes a wild, exaggerated face with wide eyes, an open mouth, an extended tongue, and dense layered metalwork.
That contrast is part of what makes the sculpture work. From one direction it reads as an elephant; from the other, it becomes something stranger and more playful.
Forget Not was completed on July 29, 2026 and is available to view in Oceanside, California, by appointment.
